The Golden State Chapter of CMAA
CA Fire Relief Program

Our hearts go out to the clubs and all of those affected in the Napa County/Sonoma County fires.  We have been working behind the scenes, however, we have held off on asking for any support until we were more clear on the needs.
We know that as a minimum:

  • some team members have lost their homes
  • some may be unemployed for some time

The individual clubs may be setting up some sort of relief funds and we would like to be able to support that as well.

We believe that there are two ways that we can come with aid quite quickly.  They are listed below.

Monetary Donations
We're requesting monetary donations to assist our colleagues with living and recovery expenses. Proceeds will be distributed to qualifying club employees and will go towards basic needs, cost of living and or rehabilitation expenses.

We have set up a GoFundMe campaign through Golden State Chapter  Foundation, which is a 501(c)(3).  If you would live to receive a tax-deductible receipt then please donate by this means.  The online donations can be made at:

Check donations can be made payable to "The Golden State Chapter".  You can also ask that we bill your account. Any money sent by check or through member billing will NOT be considered for a tax-deductible receipt.  Please mail to:

1048 Irvine Ave #775
Newport Beach, CA 92660

Please consider donating today by check, member billing or credit card.

Also, if you would prefer to donate to a more general far-reaching fund, we understand that the Redwood Credit Union is a great fund to contribute to. North Bay Fire Relief (RCU account):
